These Terms and Conditions will explain, in part, payment terms, agreement termination and refunds.

Myers Cemetery reserves the right to correct any errors that may be made by you or Myers Cemetery, at which time, at the sole discretion of Myers Cemetery, may refund the amount of money paid on account of said purchase of any and all corner markers, terminating any previous sale(s).

Hate speech, bullying, spam, etc. is strictly forbidden by anyone using this site.

Our current price list will be included with any written Rules and Regulation request once the processing fees are paid.
